When Braydon Fairhurst disappeared on Thursday afternoon, his parents were understandably panicked, and a search was launched to find him.

But when he didn’t return overnight, fears grew for the child, who went missing in Ashton-under-Lynne, an area in Greater Manchester.

Police said they were ‘extremely concerned’ about the boy, who they actively searched for and appealed for witnesses to come forward.

On Friday morning however, the parents received the news they’d been so desperate for - Braydon was safe, and had gone to a friend’s house instead of returning home.

However, we’re sure this lucky tot will have some explaining to do (once his parents are finished hugging the life out of him!)
