Antonia Boparan and friends fought with Jarondeep Kooner and Harprit Singh in Birmingham’s Nuvo Bar VIP area in April 2014.

Violence broke out after Theadore Mullings-Fairweather was pushed in the back by a member of Kooner’s group, causing him to grab a bottle from an ice bucket as a weapon.

The defendant is now serving one year in prison

Mullings-Fairweather then proceeded to smash a bottle in Kooner’s face, shattering his eye socket and leaving him blind in one eye.

Boparan, who has previously served time for causing brain damage to a toddler, later threw a friend of Kooner’s to the floor, Mr Singh, kicking him in the head and leaving him unconscious on the streets.

In 2006 Boparan drove on the wrong side of the road at over 50mph the speed limit, crashing into a young family’s car. His actions led to one-year-old Cerys Edwards sustaining horrendous injuries including brain damage.

The girl still requires round the clock care to this day.

Boparan’ s parents, who rank number five on the Midland Rich List, have an estimated wealth of £800 million.
