Lovesick Tan stopped off at the fast food outlet by the train station near her home, but ended up staying there for a whole week.
Her reason? She needed 'time to think'.
She was so depressed that she even called in sick to work, so she could stay comfort eating in KFC.

Tan told reporters: "I was walking around feeling miserable and decided to stop of at the KFC at the train station.
"I hadn't planned on staying there long, I just wanted some chicken wings.
"But once I got in there and started eating I decided I needed time to think. I didn't want to go back to my apartment because it was full of memories of him. So I stayed."
It took staff in the 24 hour restaurant three days to notice Tan. When they did, they grew concerned for her.
But when approached by staff members, Tan told them she was 'just thinking', before asking for yet more chicken wings.
When the media turned up to write about her strange break-up, Tan decided it was time to leave.
She said: "I decided the best thing to do would be to leave the city and go back to my parents.
"I had already told work I was off sick, so I phoned them and told them I was leaving.
"And I was getting sick of the taste of chicken so there was no point in staying there anymore."
