The controversial social commentator tweeted her followers: “Oscar wasn't mentally ill at time of shooting of his girlfriend. I love South African justice. Start saying bye bye Oscar.”
Katie’s comments came as it was ruled in court that Paralympic athlete Oscar Pistorius was of sound mind when he shot girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp dead on Valentine’s Day last year.
Pistorius has spent the past few weeks as an outpatient at a psychiatric hospital near Pretoria after it was claimed he was suffering from an anxiety disorder.
Earlier this year, Katie left Twitter followers shocked when she ‘joked’ about the Oscar Pistorius trial.
She wrote: “Oscar is sort of promoting the Paralympic Shooting events I guess.”

She then followed that up with: “OK OK OK no more 'he hasn't got a leg to stand in gags' got it? It is like bad repeats of some terrible Alan Davies show.”
The trial now continues in South Africa as Pistorius’ defence team try and explain how he ended up shooting his model girlfriend.
The former athlete claims he mistook Reeva as an intruder and fired as an act of self-defence.
