After turning heads in a clinging pink top and skirt combo, Kim confessed that she had, in fact, sliced a designer Dior dress into two pieces to achieve her dream look.
Posting a picture on Instagram she wrote: "Tonight's look- #AllPinkEverything #DiorDressICutInto2Pieces #ManoloHeels #LorraineSchwartzJewels (sic)."
