Last year was one of the best for Kerry Katona – she won back the hearts of the public after starring in Celebrity Big Brother and Dancing On Ice and got herself into an emotionally stable place after finalising her divorce and sorting out her finances.

“I love fish and chicken and eat lots of veg. For a snack, I’ll have Ryvita or a banana or a yoghurt. Carbs are a big no-no, but my weakness is when I go out for dinner with my kids. I’ll order a warm chicken salad, but I can’t help but pick at the kids’ leftover chips!”
