Wearing a crop top and Lycra leggings, The Biggest Loser presenter proudly flexed her biceps and revealed a six-pack to rival that of Jodie Marsh. Braving the freezing temperatures, Davina tweeted the picture during a morning workout with personal trainer Jackie Wren, writing: ‘Morning campers!! Here's some sport porn for you! Just been annihilated by @jackiewren.’
When Davina’s Twitter followers asked how she did it she replied: ‘It took me a good 18 months to two yrs to loose [sic] baby weight. Eat sensibly and train hard 3 times a week u'll get there.’
The 44-year-old mum of three is known for her physical fitness and recently joined the contestants on The Biggest Loser for a workout. But even pro Davina felt the strain, saying: ‘The trainers worked me so hard that I couldn’t pick up my phone for two days!

‘I pride myself on being quite fit, I train three times a week and I’m telling you it was tough. So, hats off to the contestants for the amount of effort they put in and the stamina they build up.’
Fitness guru Davina has released five workout DVDs and her latest, Ultimate Target topped the charts over New Year. One of her previous DVDs was voted the most effective routines to get in shape by 89 per cent of a poll of 2,000 British women.
‘I try to work out three times a week but if I don't have time for a session with my trainer, I rope my friends into coming round to do my fitness DVD. We get quite competitive!’
Davina watches what she eats, but never denies herself anything. She says she sticks to three healthy meals a day and follows a balanced diet, but with no food bans, just a few simple rules.
‘I try not to graze or if I do, it’s on red pepper or carrots and humous. And If I know I’m going out for dinner, I don’t eat any of the kids’ tea! Plus, I never skip meals now – I used to until I found out it makes your body store more fat the next time you eat!’
