We imagine being a key cast member of one reality TV is a LOT of effort, let alone two; just ask Geordie Shore turned TOWIE girlie, Sophie Kasaei.
The Newcastle native transitioned to the world of Essex after she began dating singer barber Jordan Brook and has been splitting her time between the two shows.

However, recent reports have revealed that Soph is saying goodbye to the series that made her famous amid 'pay rise' rumours and, as such, the Newcastle native is said to be taking some much needed R&R time.
Sharing a video on social media this week,, Sophie revealed that she attended a 'floating sound bath' and this sounds like some sort of dreamy, spiritual venture we would love to put ourselves forward for.
'Tonight I attended a floating sound bath and some fertility healing by the amazing girls @serenemindltd @lollybehealing and I can't put into words how it made me feel,' she explained via her Instagram story.
'It was like I went to another dimension. I feel so clear focused and my vibrations are so high right now! It was the most amazing experience ever. I can't wait for more sessions.'

Earlier on in the year it was reported that MTV bosses were 'struggling with negotiations' when it came to securing the OG Geordie Shore cast and a few months on it looks as though those struggle are real.
'Sophie had been in discussions about a pay rise with MTV for months, but in the end, they couldn’t agree on a figure,' a source told The Sun, and as such, '[Sophie] decided to walk away as she felt she was worth more than they were offering.'
There is no denying Sophie is worth all the money in the world; she is a fan fave on both Geordie Shore and TOWIE and always brings the love and the laughs in equal measure.
'She has been on the show for a long time and brings a lot to the table,' the source added.

'There was a lot of back and forth, and in the end, negotiations stalled,' the source went on, 'Sophie was gutted as she was really keen to come back, but she doesn’t want to undersell herself.'
We love a queen who knows her worth, here's hoping the MTV big wigs will realise the error of their ways and fork out the big bucks for Sophie and Jordan. We're just glad they haven't quit TOWIE.
