She admitted: "If I met someone who was forty off and had something about them, I probably wouldn't do TOWIE anymore.
"I am so ready to settle down and have a family home, I find Christmas and New Year quite depressing being single," she told The Sun.
She went on to add: "Don't get me wrong, I still want to go out and have fun, but I have really lived my best life on this show.
"I'm nearly 40 now and I'm ready to meet someone, fall in love, settle down and leave TOWIE on a high note."
Even though Chloe admitted she can't imagine "being with anyone on the show again" she didn't rule out a future relationship with BFF Pete Wicks.
She gushed: "I think Pete is my soul mate. He definitely is. We are so close and I do love him.
"I say to him all the time that I love him, but I don’t know if soul mates have to be together in a sexual relationship."
Even though Chloe admitted "nothing has ever happened romantically" and "we aren’t each other's type" she did go on to say: "I would never say never with Pete but at the moment I don’t think either of us are in that situation."
Hmm.
The TOWIE queen went on to joke: "Pete and I would either be the best couple ever or we would kill each other."

Chloe Sims reveals she lost TWO STONE after 'humiliating' Dan Edgar split
The TOWIE star's confession comes shortly after Dan Edgar, who reunited with ex-girlfriend Amber Turner just weeks after he split from Chloe, admitted he was close to quitting the ITVBe show earlier this year.
"I admit I considered whether it was possibly time to move on from TOWIE over the Chloe situation.
“I did think it was getting a bit heavy and maybe I should take some time out. It was a bit much for a few months but by the time we had our summer break I was in a good place and wanted to come back," he told the publication.
