We can't actually remember a time when TOWIE icons the Sims sisters weren't feuding – which, honestly, breaks our hearts to write. They were Essex's answer to Charlie's Angels and brother Charlie Sims was their Bosley.
Sadly, in 2025, not only is the rift between Chloe Sims and her two younger sisters, Demi and Frankie seemingly stronger than ever, but Chloe's next chapter reveal has left us seriously concerned for the future of their OFTV series House of Sims (despite us being convinced that Joey Essex was joining the cast for series 3 just a few months ago).

Chloe – who as far as we can tell is pretty much estranged from her sisters at this point – recently launched her own YouTube series called The Honest Edit (👀) and in the first couple of minutes of the first episode, she stayed true to the name by talking about her next steps following House of Sims series 2.
The former TOWIE star – who has been back in Essex for several months now after living and working in Los Angeles for 18 months – confirmed that she is returning to America and is looking to start a new life on the east coast in New York City. According to the reality star and influencer, she has launched a YouTube series so her followers can come with her to NYC to 'find an apartment, renovate it, move in, make new friends' and even 'do some dating'.

She revealed, ‘Now I’m about to embark on a new adventure and that’s why I thought it would be a really good idea to start this channel and take you guys along for the ride. I’m going back to America.
‘I’m going to [New York] to look for a new home and when I say home I probably mean only the size of my kitchen. I’ve already been apartment hunting in October, but I’ve got to ship all my stuff from Los Angeles to New York, find an apartment, renovate it probably, move in, make new friends, I’m going to do some dating… I’ve already got some dating stories to tell you from when I was there last.
‘I’m really excited about this, so come on this journey to New York and live out my biggest fantasy, Carrie Bradshaw, Sex and the City.'

‘And, look, if all else fails, I’ll pop back to LA. I’ll be popping back and forth to Essex.’
As exciting as this is, it's very much giving the end of Chloe's LA dream for now, and with her sisters now living in Essex permanantly again, we can't see how a third series of House of Sims would ever work – after all, the series was about all of the Sims siblings relocating to America and breaking it.
In case you don't list the 'The Sims sisters' as a skill on LinkedIn like we do, here's a little history lesson on House of Sims and the ferocious family feud that erupted from it...

The Sims family moved to LA in October 2022 after signing a six-figure deal with OFTV to launch their own reality series following the sisters' dramatic departure from TOWIE. The fam relocated and filmed two series of the show.
In between filming for series one and two, Chloe and her brother Charlie (and his fiancée Georgia Shults) had a massive falling out with Frankie and Demi, with Chloe going on to dub her sisters 'evil users'. Frankie and Demi then dramatically fled the US and moved back to Essex. The five of them haven't been spotted together since filming the last few scenes for series 2.
And just like that, Chloe's off to New York. From House of Sims to Apartment of Sim (singular)...
