Kylie’s sister joined in 2005, as part of the first of many panel shake-ups. As if by magic, it looks like she hasn’t aged a day since she burst onto the scene – but thanks to her feud with Sharon we have a very famous Geordie on the panel today…
Cheryl
Back when she was Cheryl Cole, the former Girls Aloud singer joined the panel in 2008. She’s almost unrecognisable from when she won her own singing reality show in 2002 – but she’s still the same feisty Northern lass!
Tulisa
Dannii left the panel in 2011, making way for N-Dubz star Tulisa. She made show history by mentoring Little Mix to victory – the first group to ever win the show. These days she's much more polished and pouty, and looks amazing!
Kelly Rowland
That year Cheryl also left to go and judge the American talent on The X Factor USA – but we all know how that turned out… Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland was on hand to step into her shoes. And how much has she changed since her early music days?
Nicole Scherzinger
But Kelly wasn’t around for long, and Nicole Scherzinger took over in 2012 – bringing with her a whole new vocabulary. It’s thanks to the former Pussycat Doll that we have the word ‘shamazing’ – and, we’re sure she’ll agree, she didn’t look very shamazing back in the day…

Scary Spice Mel B is one of our favourite ever judges – she was honest and frank, but gave credit where it was due. Unfortunately she only lasted for one series, at least she’ll always have her Spice Girls to fall back on!
