We all know that Michelle Keegan is set to leave Coronation Street in the next few weeks but, up until now, the manner of her exit was a closely guarded secret.
But now the Corrie star has dropped some serious spoilers about Tina McIntyre's final episode - and it sounds like it's going to be a must-see soap moment.
Look away now if you hate spoilers. We can wait…
So you've decided to read on, have you? Spoilers don't bother you, you say? So be it.
TINA MCINTYRE IS APPARENTLY GOING TO BE MURDERED!!!
Ahem.
Speaking on The Jonathan Ross Show, Michelle Keegan was asked whether the door has been left open for Tina to return to Corrie.
But the pretty actress left the audience shocked when she revealed: "She's getting killed."
"She's getting killed"
"At first she wasn't, and then they came up with a really good storyline that involves a lot of characters on the street and it's going to be a big storyline next year. So, in a way, it's an honour and I'm very excited for it."
Michelle also hinted that the storyline would involve Tina being murdered, and that viewers would "probably" be able to guess her killer "in the New Year".
The brunette beauty also confirmed that she knows exactly which character will be doing poor Tina in, but that she's "not telling anyone".
Michelle who is engaged to former TOWIE star Mark Wright, recently explained to a UK magazine that her decision to leave Corrie had nothing to do with getting married.
"I didn’t decide to leave because of Mark, it’s just how things have worked out. I’d actually been thinking about leaving on and off for a couple of years. It was a huge decision to take and a very scary one, as you never know what you’ll do afterwards.
"I will miss it but after six years, I know it’s the right thing to do."
She'll miss it? More like we'll miss her!
To celebrate six years of Tina McIntyre, here's her 6 most famous Coronation Street moments..
Tina's abortion
When Tina starts dating David Platt, she becomes pregnant and, feeling unable to confide in her own parents, heads on over to Gail's house for a heart-to-heart. Unsurprisingly, Gail pays for Tina to have an abortion, they keep it a secret from David and all hell breaks loose when the teen finds out. Drama!
Tina accuses Gail of murder
Gail again? When Gail headed off to the Lake District for a weekend with Tina's dad Joe, it looked more than a little suspicious when she came back alone. Even more so when Joe's body shows up later on. Cue Tina accusing Gail of murder, banning her from Joe's funeral and all your usual soapland drama.
Tina, Xin and Graeme
Remember when Tina, to stop her good pal Xin being deported, stages a breakup with boyfriend Graeme so that he can marry Xin and help her out with those Visa issues? Yeah. Totally backfired, obviously. Graeme and Xin ended up falling in love, making their marriage the real deal and moving to London, leaving poor Tina heartbroken.
Tina and the Tommy list
It felt like an episode of Friends when Tina, desperately trying to decide if she be with Tommy Duckworth, makes a pros and cons list. She suddenly decides she wants Tommy, heads out to meet him on a night out and it all goes really, really well - until Tommy finds the list. AWKWARD!
Tina and Tyrone
Tina McIntyre is one of the first people to discover that Tyrone is being physically abused by his violent girlfriend Kirsty, offering him her support. Too bad he was so desperate to keep pregnant Kirsty on side that he dismissed Tina's good intentions fully. Later, she helps her old friend - along with Fiz - run away with baby Ruby.
Tina the Surrogate
Tina McIntyre agreed to become a surrogate for Gary Windass and Izzy Armstrong, in exchange for money, but it causes a lot of drama. Tommy leaves her, Gary tries to kiss her and she soon ends up falling in love with the baby boy when he is born. Cue a reconciliation with Tommy, a promise to payback the surrogacy money and a serious long-running feud with the Windass clan. Poor Tina.
While we'll miss Tina in Coronation Street, we're excited to see what the actress will be doing next. Anyone else got their fingers crossed for a new Downton Abbey character?
