In a bid to wish us all a Merry Christmouse (ha!), these clever little mice have set to work decorating their very own teeny-weeny Christmas tree with even teenier-weenier little ornaments.

It's like watching Cinderella, only less animated, more festive and heaps more impressive.

Are you ready for this?

The grey mouse, the one carefully popping all the baubles up, is called Brösel (the German word for crumb), while the first mouse, who does the heavy lifting, is called Grimaldi.

However, BEFORE you all rush out to buy / capture / steal a mouse, remember that training a rodent is for life, not just for Christmas.

In a recent interview, their owner Marina explains that her mice need a lot of love, care and attention:

"I find it important to note that mouse training is not as easy as it may seem in my videos. Unfortunately, some people spontaneously buy a mouse after seeing my videos and then are disappointed.

"Mice are highly social and must live in groups and in proper sized cages with enough enrichment. Their sensitivity and their nocturnal nature makes them unsuitable for children. They are demanding pets, not least because of their intelligence."

Either way, we're still very impressed. And we're probably going to be feeling a lot more kindly towards any mice we come across this Christmas...
