In a new preview for their show Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons, we see Kourtney, 35, and younger sister Kendall Jenner, 18, at the doctors while she has a scan.

But Kourt's happiness was short-lived, as later in the clip her long term partner Scott is shown drinking heavily.

"I just want to have some fun," he said, to which she replied "You did it the entire trip in Paris."

"And you're f****** lucky I don't do it here!" Scott responded, before we then see them having a heart-to-heart.

Scott admitted: "I wish things could work, but we've been doing these talks for so many years. I am so f****** tired."

Clearly Kourtney had enough, though, as later we are shown her refusing him entrance into their rented Hamptons home.

"Unless you want to be sober, I don't want you here," Kourtney told him. "And if want to die, then you can continue to act this way."

But later, empty pill and alcohol bottles are shown before we see Scott in a hospital bed.

Kourtney admitted that Scott had overdosed and that he could be going to rehab.

The couple are already parents to son Mason, four, and two-year-old daughter Penelope. Their third child is due in December.
