We love Dan Spencer.

Deep down he's a good guy (even though he kissed Nicola) Emmerdale viewers have seen him struggling to get his relationship with Kerry Wyatt back on track. Next week in Emmerdale, we'll see Dan (played by Liam Fox) trying to sort his relationship out - by popping the question!

But there's a secret she's been keeping from him.

Last month we saw Dan and Nicola King share a kiss after a drunken night which was then revealed in the Woolpack by Nicola's step-son Elliot.

The news didn't go down well: Kerry dumped Dan straight away and Jimmy told Nicola their marriage is over. And when Dan revealed to Kerry that it was Nicola who made the move on him, Kerry slapped her.

Ouch!

The drama didn't stop there either because a still-angry Kerry ended up sleeping with Ross Barton.

Dan and Kerry have since reunited (cute) but he's none the wiser of her one night stand with Ross.

And poor Dan, he's still feeling guilty and is desperately trying to make it up to Kerry for kissing Nicola, so he proposes to Kerry. In next week's episode Dan explains to Zac and Joanie that he plans to marry Kerry and with the help of Jimmy and Bob, Dan decorates the pirate ship ready to get down on one knee.

When Jai Sharma asks Kerry to attend an event for him in the evening, Joanie reveals Dan's plans to Kerry, but will the proposal go to plan?

And when will Dan find out about Kerry and Ross?
