It’s official; Denny, just like Ben Mitchell, Lauren Branning and Bobby Beale before him, has been sent away to a special facility, where they remove his face and replace it with a completely different one.
In last night’s episode of EastEnders, fans watched eagerly to see whether or not mum Sharon (Letitia Dean) would notice that a) his long blonde locks had been cut off, b) he was about two foot taller, and c) he has a new face.
Somewhat unsurprisingly, she carried on life as normal.
And fans were left with a LOT of feelings about that.
Just check out their Twitter responses:
Ah, you guys - you always have us in fits of giggles!
As you may have gathered, Harry Hickles - who has played Sharon’s wayward son since 2012 - has been swapped out for another young actor.
An EastEnders spokesman confirmed the news saying: "We wish Harry all the best for the future."
It is thought that young actor Bleu Landau, as was the case with Bobby Beale, has been drafted in so that he can bring more to the character - not to mention tackle a few challenging storylines.
After all, Denny HAS been causing mum Sharon some trouble at school recently - even going so far as to lash out at her.
And with little murderer Bobby living on the same street, we have a feeling that there could be something great in the pipeline for Denny.
As fans of the BBC One soap will be well aware, EastEnders have a knack for picking out seriously talented child actors, so we bet Bleu will be prepped and ready to handle whatever drama they throw his way.
