It’s Friday, which means that - if you’re anything like us, at least - you’re getting ready to rush home, order a takeaway and cuddle up on the sofa in front of your favourite soaps.
However it seems as if this Friday is going to be a little different, thanks to the football.
Yup, ITV’s Coronation Street will NOT be aired tonight due to live coverage of Euro 2016: France v Romania.
In fact, we won’t get a new episode until Sunday 12th June at 7.30pm.
Boo!
However, if it’s any consolation, it looks as if Sunday’s episode is going to be a humdinger.
In it, we’ll watch as Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) struggles to come to terms with the shock departure of Carla Connor (Alison King).
And it seems as if the long-term effects of his brain injury will continue to debilitate him, after he meets for lunch with his friend and former lover, Leanne (Jane Danson).
Opening up to her about his feelings, Nick begins to drown his sorrows with glass after glass of wine - and it all comes to a head when he has a very public meltdown in front of The Bistro’s other diners.
Although the restaurant's new owner Robert (Tristan Gemmill) begs Leanne to get her ex-husband under control, she refuses and points out that he is to blame for Nick's unhappiness in the first place.
Will Leanne be able to help Nick look towards the future, instead of wallowing in the past?
Coronation Street airs these scenes on Sunday, June 12 on ITV.
