We just had this feeling deep down in our souls that Love Island OG Megan Forte Clarke would be able to clear up a few things once we got her in our office for a chinwag.
You know, BIG Love Island 2025 queries like, are Meg Moore and Dejon Noel-Williams the real deal? Is Harry Cooksley really the menace we think he is? And is this apparent girls' divide real or just a by product of some crafty editing?

Luckily, she was in the mood for spilling and was more than happy to share her thoughts on the villa 'divide' now that she's watched a couple of episodes back.
Turns out it's all bulls**t, at least according to Megan.
She exclusively told Closer, that the girls are all hanging out all the time and that the edit is, once again, making things seem far more dramatic than they actually are. According to Megan, the girls are way more of a single unit than social media thinks right now.

So much so, that they even have pet names for one another (and we are definitely not hearing these, btw). And while the example Megan chose to share is a little eyebrow-raising at first, it actually shows that there is, in fact, some healthy banter between the girls and not just an invisible wall.
While talking about some of the requests that certain Islanders made while in the villa, Megan revealed that Shakira Khan was constantly asking production for lilos for the pool, because 'she loved that pool'.

Megan exclusively told Closer, 'Shakira requested lilos every day for the pool. She loved that pool. We called her "slug", like, whenever she was in the pool it was slug time. But, yeah, I don't think she's got her lilos yet.'
Megan then added, 'She would've looked so fit just lying on a lilo relaxing.'

The alleged 'divide' amongst the girls is a big talking point on social media right now, with the likes of Meg Moore and Helena Ford seemingly in one corner and Shakira and Toni Laites in the other.
But, at least according to Megan, things are far more jovial between the ladies than current episodes would lead us to believe.
A gentle reminder to remember that this is Love Island (a TV show) we're talking about – we can all have our faves and opinions, but it's really not that deep. So please be kind when commenting about these real human beings online because you are seeing 45 minutes out of a 24-hour today. Good vibes only.
