The winter Love Island finalist revealed that Luca had previously messaged her outside of the villa (it was a birthday message, but a DM is a DM, right?) which meant surely they shared some sort of connection.
There is no denying that Luca's head was turned just a smidge by Samie's arrival, in fact, he found himself in an almost love triangle and, during a chat with the lads, compared the two Islanders to football tournaments.

Now that she is back in the real world, Samie has taken to TikTok to post a vid of her walking into the villa with the caption, 'The World Cup🏆' because she really is THAT girl.

We don't recall Luca ever confirming which one of the Islanders was the World Cup and which one was Champions' League but still. Icky.
Fans were divided when it came to who Luca should explore a romance with but he ultimately chose Grace, leaving Samie single and dumped from the South African villa alongside Danielle Sellers.
