We thought we were experts when it came to the Love Island and TOWIE cast (and we still stand by it) but two things we didn't see coming - Joey Essex being a bombshell on series 11 and his latest job move.
Remember last June? It was hot, we thought football was coming home (it didn't) and Love Island was on.
The first bombshell walked into the villa but nothing, we repeat NOTHING, could have prepared us for Joey Essex's face.
Seriously, Joey being a bombshell is up there with Adam Collard returning to the villa and Molly Marsh savagely getting dumped - our jaws were on the floor.
Fast forward to now and Joey's left us stunned again with his 2025 career plans.
'I’ve been in talks for a big boxing fight that would be publicised for everyone to tune into and watch,' he told The Athlete Lifestyle.
He continued, 'I’m hoping we can get the deal done this year. I have been looking forward to it, but as of yet we just haven’t been able to solidify the logistics.
'But 2025 is the year of Joey Don Essex, and that’s all I can say!'
Err, we didn't see that coming but then again, what hasn't Joey done?
He's literally done every reality TV show in the UK and he's even appeared on Selling Sunset in America.
Although his most controversial TV appearance was definitely his Love Island stint where he argued with pretty much most of his co-stars.
He argued with Samantha Kenny after his ex Grace Jackson arrived (and again when Samantha voted Joey and Jessy Potts as the most compatible couple), he argued with Omar Nyame when he tried to get to know Grace and we can't forget his argument with Mimii Tafara over the 'secret mission'.
