Last night, we saw the events of Love Island's Heart Rate Challenge unfold, and it's one of our favourite challenges to date. Hooked up to a heart rate monitor, the Love Island girls and the Love Island boys must each take turns to seduce the opposition in a series of racy outfits, costumes and lingerie. Think lap dances, dirty talk and suggestive touches that send the other team's heart rates through the roof.
