Periods are rubbish - fact. It’s that one time of the month when we want to curl up in front of the TV and medicate our cramps by eating our weight in chocolate and ice cream.<p>But exercising can actually help us during that ‘special’ time of the month? It can help ease cramps by helping your stomach muscles relax and the endorphins can help banish those negative, moody feelings that our hormones bless us with.</p><p>Take back your life during your period, ladies!</p>
