How much do you spend a week?
About £100 for me, my husband Phil and the four kids, plus my mum and dad are in and out. We shop day by day and order a lot through Deliveroo.
Describe your daily diet...
I start off healthy and have a banana each morning, but and by the end of the day I’m eating loads of chocolate. For brunch I’ll have avocado and eggs with spinach, asparagus and chilli. I’m really bad and snack on biscuits throughout the day. Half the month I’m really good, half the month I’m a chocolate fiend. For dinner we’ll normally have Italian, so a nice pasta dish. I’m a terrible cook, so Phil normally does it.
Strangest thing you’ve ever eaten?
I’ve done TV shows like Fear Factor where you’ve got to put cockroaches in your mouth, but I didn’t actually eat them.
What would you cook to impress?
It would have to be spaghetti Bolognese because that’s the only thing I can cook, really. Otherwise, I’d get something from M&S as I love their food.
Food hangover cure?
A big fry-up and a curry. It’s amazing how much I can eat when I have a hangover.
Favourite tipple?
I’m trying to stay off alcohol and cut back since last year, but I do love champagne.

Nutritionist **Juliette Kellow says, "**Tanya could do with upping her veg so she gets five a day – snacking on crudités with her houmous and adding veg to her dinners would help. Swapping some of the chocolate, biscuits and desserts for fruit and low-fat yoghurt would help satisfy her sweet tooth without any added sugar (or fat) and boost her intake of bone-friendly calcium.”
