And to help you on your journey to a booze-free 31 days, London's first-ever alcohol-free bar, Redemption, have shared their best easy-to-make mocktail recipes for you to try.

200ml coconut water

10ml agave syrup

50ml lime juice

Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Make sure your pour into the glass from a height, so it serves frothy!

Theme – Make sure you get that theme down. It guarantees that all your decorations, signs and supplies are cohesive. Stick with a certain colour or pattern if you’re stuck.

Cocktails – Don’t overdo it. Why not just make three signature cocktails for the night? Also, don’t forget the ice.

Entertainment – Party games are a good shout. Music is a great way to establish a vibe.

Food – Make it simple, nibbles are best, but ensure that everyone's preferences and intolerances are catered for.
