The 41-year-old has opened up about her battle with anxiety and confessed that even the thought of leaving the house makes her nervous.
Speaking to the Mirror, Zöe said: "I sound like a freak, but I worry about absolutely everything. I wouldn't say I have agoraphobia, but I don't like going out in the evenings now. I just like to know the family are safe and in at night."
Zöe, who lives in Surrey with her parter Jim Herbert, 36, and their six-year-old daughter Lilly, said that working away from her family increases her stress and anxiety.
She's currently starring in Hollyoaks as mouthy Reenie McQueen – meaning she has to be in Liverpool Monday to Friday.
"I feel guilty about everything. I always pray I'm not in the last scene of the day on Friday, so I can get away on time," Zöe continued.
"Lilly's front tooth has been wobbling and I've been thinking, 'Please, please don't come out when I'm not there'. I have to constantly reassure myself that everything is OK, Lilly is in a safe place and it's good for her to see I'm working."
