Sam Bailey won The X Factor in 2013, but despite her achievements, there's still one thing she'd love to do...
When Sam Bailey won The X Factor four years ago, we felt rather empowered for her.
For once, it hadn't been what you might call the typical winner - it had been a relatable woman who'd won it purely off her talent.
She's gone on to do amazing things - like support Beyoncé on the UK part of her Mrs Carter tour and star on the West End in Chicago.
But despite everything she's done so far, there's one thing she'd still love to do one day...
Sam revealed on Lorraine earlier today that she would LOVE to appear on EastEnders!
She said: "I'd love to be one of the Carters! I'd love to be part of the show, that's something I’ve always wanted to do."
She added that singing at the show's 30th anniversary live show gave her the hankering: "I sang for the cast on the live show, I was the entertainment. Seeing all the cast the past and present I thought, 'I could really do this!'"
But folks, this is actually a genuine possibility as it turns out that Sam is secretly best pals with King of the Square Danny Dyer!
WHAT?!
You better believe it - Rochelle Humes, who is hosting the show for this week, dropped the bombshell: "Well, you're mates with Danny Dyer aren't you? Can't he give you an in?"
But proud Sam confessed that as she'd auditioned for everything else she'd ever done, she wouldn't want to stop doing that now: "I'd rather get in on my own merits, I'd want to audition like everybody else. I wouldn't want a mate to sort it out for me."
Good on you, Sam.
