Vogue Williams and Brian McFadden have been married for two years and are more in love than ever, and while so many celebrity couples struggle under constant scrutiny into the relationship the 29-yea-old model reveals their secret.
She says: “Brian and I are best friends so that really helps to keep our relationship a happy one. I think everyone has issues in their marriage and you don't make them open issues but it's like any relationship, you're more public in this industry, you deal with your problems together and that's what you have to do.”
Despite being able to enjoy red carpet events and glamourous parties, Vogue admits her and former Westlife star, Brian, 34, prefer to enjoy nights out together instead of being apart.
She adds: “We don't go on nights out on our own, we like to stick together. You are always going to have your arguments, every couple does – he's just told me he won't be playing as much golf, which is great news.”
Vogue recently joined Bear Grylls on a trek through the Costa Rica jungle for ITV show Mission Survive and staying healthy and active is really important to her and takes Vitano® Woman supplements to help boost energy levels and performance .
She says: “I’ve always been very health conscious, but also believe in working hard and playing hard too. At the moment I’m really busy, so it’s important that I look after myself properly, as otherwise I won’t look or feel my best. I don’t like to drink coffee or energy drinks so a supplement is a better way to get that extra energy boost you need at the beginning of the day.”
Vogue and Brian take Vitano® Woman and Vitano® Man to help boost energy levels and performance through their busy professional and personal lives. The food supplements are available nationwide in Boots, leading pharmacies and health stores, priced at £8.99 for 30 tablets.
