The 27-year-old has dropped a huge FIVE dress sizes and, while she insists she’s happier now, Vicky revealed that at one point she became ‘obsessed’ with dieting.

Speaking to the Mirror, former Geordie Shore star Vicky said: “I was a complete obsessive. I got to the point where I was even counting how many blueberries I ate for breakfast. I got the point where I looked quite ill when I was at my lowest.”

Vicky’s determination to be skinny started to have an impact on her social life, and that’s when she realised something needed to change.

She continued: “Then one day I just woke. I realised how much I missed going out. I missed my friends, going out to eat, going to Nandos. And I realised I could do without training three times a day.”

Vicky has launched her own range of diet supplements, called Mini V Nutrition, and warned against the dangers of other brands.

“There are some supplements that can be really dangerous,” she said. “I know because a friend of mine now has an irregular heartbeat as a result.

“Please do not buy random products off the internet that are not regulated because your health is at risk.”
