Whilst many people might sympathise with this move, especially as the We Can't Stop singer never seems to keep her tongue inside her mouth, the man is actually taking the equipment company that supplied a tongue shaped slide used on her tour.

Charles Nicholas Sarris was working on the slide during Miley's Bangerz tour when he suffered serious injuries - although the extent of these are unclear.

Sarris has filed a negligence complaint against company ShowFX Inc in LA Superior Court, seeking damages.

He was building the slide on February 3 when the equipment, tools and platforms provided to him failed and he fell - causing him serious injury.

The man claims the company did not warn him about the potential dangers involved in building the slide.

Miley recently posted a bikini-clad picture of herself by the pool in Dallas to her Instagram page, following a performance in the city.

The star was forced to perform in her underwear on Sunday after she missed a costume change. Responding to calls that her tour should be cancelled for being too sexy, the star wrote: 'You can't say I didn't warn you. Now sit back relax & enjoy the show. #bangerztour'
