Kourtney Kardashian & Scott Disick.. NOOO! I am literally shouting as I am writing this.

I am pretty sure everyone is as heartbroken as I am. How have the ultimate power couple (obvs except me and Tommy ) split up?!

They have had three children and have gone through so many ups and downs, but I guess this time was way too much for Kourtney.

To be fair, regardless of what I had been through with my partner, if I was Kourtney (a girl can wish) and I saw those pictures of Scott with his stylist, I would have ended it too.

Kourtney deserves so much better, what a silly silly man Scott is. He will end up kicking himself, (or the pap that took the pics haha) they always do.. Cuddles to Kourtney.

TOWIE

OMG, nothing like throwing a spanner in the works near the end of a series.

Or in TOWIE style throwing in the most confident and ruthless (don't worry I’ve told her to her face ) girl I have ever met in my life, just to stir up trouble!

Readers meet Vas’ best friend 'Verity Chapman'.

Verity has ruffled a few feathers

She is a girl on a mission.. but the details of the mission seems to be 'piss off as many of the girls as possible’ and flirt with all the single boys on the show, even one named James Lock who has just became single.

We all love Danielle and secretly hoping her and James will get back together, so no brownie points for Verity on the girl code there.

Get your popcorn ready I'm sure she will carry on causing drama!

Tommy/Family

Me and Tommy have been trying to find a present for Billie’s beautiful baby girl Nelly who's one this week. Billie is throwing her a party this weekend which I'm sure will be every little girl’s dream.

I never realised how hard it was to buy a 1st birthday present, but then again Nelly is a little princess and what do you buy the little girl who has everything?

Georgia wants to wait before starting a family with Tommy

It’s so nice to see Tommy with Nelly, he adores her so much, he’s such a natural, probably better than me. I’m still better with dogs haha! But at least I know he will be a good dad when we have children one day (in the far future).

Although, if it was up to Tommy it would be next year, but like I keep reminding him he hasn't got to carry them for 9 months so I’m staying baby free for a good while yet. Plus I'm still working on my bikini body.

**Diet and Exercise
**

Such hot weather this weekend! I’ve been enjoying wearing dresses and shorts and showing off my Marbella tan.

I’m loving being back home still and enjoying my morning gym workouts. I always start the day with brown toast and either scrambled eggs, avocado or peanut butter before the gym.

Georgia refuses to cut out carbs

The mix of carbs and protein/good fats fills me up and gives me loads of energy to do a decent work out of cardio and strength weights. I’m usually there for about an hour and fifteen minutes – although some of this may be taken up by gossiping if the girls are there.

Holiday countdown and pet palava

So the Ibiza countdown is now on too. I have got my whole household on a major health kick.

I have written shopping lists (not cutting out carbs), ‘Dos and Dont's’ and have had everyone down the gym with me.

I’ve had them all in a line copying my workout tips (like I'm some sort of professional trainer ). I really take it so seriously it’s so funny.

It’s much better motivation when you have people to work out with though, you can all push each other and it’s so rewarding seeing your family see results.

On another note, the naughty one in our household this week has to be my beautiful but very mischievous dog Ralphy.

He is three-quarters chihuahua and one-quarter Jack Russell; looks like butter wouldn't melt but actually has ‘short dog syndrome’ and thinks he is a Rottweiler.

I caught him chasing some foxes outside so I literally ran out there to help (not that I could of done much, I'm scared of foxes!) and was running around trying to catch him.

So yes, my little precious wasn't so precious, he now needs a new doggie friend-I am now on the hunt.
