TOWIE
Our last week of filming- this is the stage where we are all tired, aggy and all end up rowing with each other. It’s like when you go on holiday with your brothers and sisters and by the end of it you’re all bickering and arguing over nothing. It’s the same thing although we end up not talking for weeks and throwing tantrums like 6-year-olds and even throwing the odd drink over each other!
I hope you have all stocked up on your popcorn as Verity keeps causing more and more agg. (Don't say I never warned you!)
Luckily for me and Tommy, we have sat back and tried to make peace and stayed well out of the drama.
On a brighter note, we have to thank her for one thing ..being the straw that broke the camels back (or the last girl to have kissed Jake) to make Chloe end it. Can I have a cheer?!
All of the people who love them are so relieved and feel like a weight has been lifted off our shoulders. We have all seen them cry and row one to many times and all think they are happier without each other. I know it’s easy for us to sit here and say it, but we know right now it’s for the best...
Big hugs to them, I love them both.
Showbiz
Can we all just take a minute's silence…Love Island has now finished. I am devastated!
I have been hooked to my TV screen every night and now I feel lost.
So, the runners up were John and Hannah who actually got engaged after 6 weeks (so brave) Although there are allegations that they knew each other before the show.
People on Twitter have even gone as far as getting pictures of the pair together & convos the pair have had up, eeekkk!
I like to think I'm a true romantic and I like to believe they were truly in love. Those tears and quotes from John about being a unicorn, I mean that is real love right there. If I'm fooled they need a BAFTA.
The winners were Max and Jess who both grew on me, I went from liking Jess, to not liking her, to shouting at the TV and backing Jess against Naomi. Now I want her as one of my friends.
If anyone deserved to win she did, she went through a tough time, even got ‘pied’ a few times but she still got up , flaunted her hot bod around and ended up bagging a bf and winning.. good work Jess!
Tommy and family
Me and Tommy have named ourselves 'the peace makers of Essex' as we find ourselves going round to everyone and giving them advice trying to make everyone get on again.
We’re very similar like that, when we row - we row, but we make up straight away and don’t hold grudges. Life is way too short. Another wise quote from me there haha!
With filming coming to an end, we are now booking a holiday for the end of August and treating ourselves to a nice chilled getaway.
First we need to agree on where to go and at this rate we won’t be going anywhere.
The highlight of my week has to be my nan. She has had us all in stitches as she has now discovered Facebook. When I mean discovered, I mean learnt how to stalk everyone, embarrass as many people as she can and put up every bad picture possible of anyone she knows. We could of killed her while she sat and giggled in her mischievous laugh.
You’re probably sitting there thinking of this old little women with a stick thinking we are being dramatic. No, my nan might be 79 (80) this year but her nick name is 'gangster gran' with her weekly blow dried hair, perfect pedicures and style on trend.. she would give a 40-year-old a run for her money.
She is defo my inspiration, I hope I’m like her when I’m her age. So, a warning to anyone that knows my nan, don’t accept her on Facebook!
Diet and Exercise
This week we’ve been super busy filming again, but when we’ve been outside or when I’ve had time off I’ve been so keen to make the most of the weather.
When the sun is shining I sometimes prefer to go a walk or a run outside than go to the gym for my work out. The best thing I think is going for a long walk then stopping for a picnic – and then that’s lunch and exercise sorted.
I’ve been on a couple this summer already – with the girls, my family and with Tommy. We often just pack tasty sandwiches with brown or white bread and chicken salad or tuna and sweetcorn, a couple of drinks (Prosecco if we’re celebrating) and head to the nearest park.
