The reality star has been on a major health kick and, with the help of her personal trainer and a whole load of self-discipline, has sculpted her body to perfection.
Lucy spoke out about her fitness regime, claiming: "When I first started training I was surprised with how much I'd actually enjoyed it and looked forward to my sessions.
"I also noticed a difference in myself. I felt healthier. I noticed the difference after just a couple of weeks in my body, and after a few months I had lots more energy," she added.
The changes didn't just affect her positive outlook – she's now rocking plenty of muscle tone too, thanks to her high-energy workouts. "I've lost all my cellulite, my body feels amazing, I've started to get little abs and I just feel great in myself," she added.
Lucy has been tweeting a few of her favourite exercise tips and reckons you can get "abs like slabs" by following her rules.
She starts off with ten leg lifts, 20 side plank crunches (ten on either side) and 30 normal crunches, then moves on to Russian twists and bicycle crunches before finishing with another set of the leg lifts and side plank crunches.
"Repeat if you dare! Mix it with a cardio blast or to any other routine. Bikini body here we come xx," she posted.
All that work has allowed her to reintroduce a few treat foods into her diet, including the huge pizza and potato wedges she scoffed at the weekend.
"We r all allowed a day off! Just glad my PT @Cecilia150471 is In another country haaa oops!" Lucy tweeted.
