On being an animal lover

'I’ve left my dog back in LA with our other two dogs. I’m so upset but I'm trying to be selfless, because Charlie would be so sad without the other dogs around. My mum is coming over to visit in a few weeks but I am trying to be strong and tell her not to bring Charlie with her.'

On London living

'London life is very different to LA. I have a much bigger social life here. I’m out every day going for breakfast, lunch or dinner; whereas in LA the focus is on health and fitness - so whenever I’m there I’m drinking smoothies and going to the gym, or hiking in the hills. One of my favourite things to do is hike. I did spend my entire life at the beach also, so maybe I will start missing that at some point. Right now, I'm having too much fun to miss it.'

Two close friends got married recently

'Unfortunately I couldn’t make it back because of all my work commitments, but my former Hills co-stars Holly Montag and Lauren Conrad both got married over the summer. I still see Lauren a lot, we share a mutual best friend so we always end up seeing each other.'

On Edele in Celebrity Big Brother

'Edele was my best friend when we were in the house, but the way she acted when I left was shocking. It was as if she’d been waiting for me to leave so she could get close to George - it was upsetting.

You know the night I left I expected they might be a little bit sad, and instead they got into bed together. I felt betrayed, and like they had been wanting me to leave all along. It made me rethink everything that had happened inside the house.

When I saw George at the wrap party, he apologised to me and that meant a lot. Edele however didn’t bother, so that’s why I’d choose a friendship with George over her.

I had the best time of my life in the house so I don’t regret a thing.'

On the new series of MIC

'It’s going to be a good one - I can’t tell you much but Louise Thompson’s boyfriend has moved here from America, which is awesome - I love them as a couple.'

On Stevie

'Me and Stevie are great, I’m going to see him later with Lucy (Watson) and we’re watching Harry Potter.'

On her killer body

'I’m obsessed with Heartcore Life - I do pilates classes and TRX circuit training there, and I try to go a few times a week. My schedule is pretty hectic so I have to try and fit it around whatever I’m doing.

Back in the Hills’ days, I struggled with my body image, there was so much pressure to look really skinny next to the other girls and I wasn’t healthy, but now I've figured out what my body can handle and what it can’t.

I don’t believe in cleanses and drastic diets, I just believe in knowing your body and eating healthy. So yesterday I had a big lasagne for lunch AND dinner, but on other days I’ll just have meat and veg for balance.'

Mr. Peabody and Sherman is out now on Digital HD, 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray™ and DVD from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.
