Spice Girls to reunite at Geri Halliwell’s wedding

Victoria Beckham, 40, Emma Bunton, 39, Mel C, 41, and 39-year-old Mel B will get the band back together at Geri Halliwell’s wedding in May.

Geri, 41, is preparing to marry F1 boss Christian Horner and is hoping to have all of her Spice friends present for her big day.

A source told The Sun: “Geri is desperate for all the girls to be there. Some of their schedules are tighter than others but Geri’s happy it appears there’ll be a full-on reunion at her ceremony.”

The last time all five girls were pictured together was at the premiere of their musical Viva Forever in 2012.

According to reports, it’s X Factor judge Mel B who is having most trouble getting the the time off, but is hopeful she’ll make it.

Geri and Christian, who got engaged in November, are expected to have their big day at Syon Park House in West London.

But, while Geri will have all of her friends there, Christian’s parents are allegedly going to boycott the event – because they’re still upset over his split from wife of 14 years Beverley Allen.

An insider told HuffPost: “You can say that his parents are absolutely devastated. We won’t be going to the wedding. There is a lot more to this story than people know about – to do with his ex-partner.

“It’s a real shame and everyone involved is upset. Weddings are expected to bring families closer together, but this engagement has driven a wedge between people.”

Christian and Beverley have daughter Olivia together, while Geri is mum to eight-year-old Bluebell from a previous relationship.
