She may not have won Love Island 2020, that honour went to Paige Turley and Finlay Tapp, but 'Congrats, hun' queen Shaughna Phillips has not been out of the spotlight since she left the villa.

Most recently, Shaughna has hit the headlines for her remarkable body transformation. In 2023, over the course of 12 months, she went from a size 18 to size eight, shedding five and half stone in weight in the process.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Closer in January 2025, the Love Island star told us, ‘I feel so much better – my clothes fit better, I feel fitter and my sleep has been transformed. I’m in the best shape of my life. I did dig out some old Love Island clothes recently and was shocked that not only did they fit – some were a bit loose.'

While she's always (ALWAYS) looked amazing, Shaughna tells us how she keeps her body and mind in tip top condition these days.

I am more adventurous with food now…

I lost 5 and a half stone last year and since losing weight, my tastebuds have changed so much. I love cooking healthy food. I eat a lot of fish now.

I exercise five days a week…

I do the boxing-style fitness workouts from my plan [Shaughna’s Shred It Plan]. They’re only 12 minutes long so, if I have childcare, I do three in a row which takes just over 30 minutes. Otherwise, I’ll try to fit some in with Lucia [her 23-month-old daughter] with me. It feels great to be fitter.

I love a Sunday with no plans…

I’m happy just walking my dogs and then chilling out and watching movies at home.

I don’t go on my phone in bed…

Even if it vibrates, I think, ‘That can wait until tomorrow.’ It really helps me to relax and sleep well.
