We often hear of the strict dietary plans and excruciating personal training programs that celebs put themselves through to look as fab as they do. Take Beyonce’s dramatic two-week Maple Syrup Dietfor her Dream Girls role, for instance.
Whilst we could never imagine that one of these super slim ladies would be caught stuffing their faces with junk food, the truth is that they actually do! Glamorous celebs like Cheryl Cole and Eva Longoria amongst many others have admitted to having that universal moment of weakness, which guarantees a smile on all of our faces. However temporary it might be.

While studies show that 75 % of us use excuses to explain why we stray from strict diet regimes and can’t lose weight. Cheryl Cole confessed that she too can’t help but give in to food temptations on the weekend saying, “I believe you should pig out once a week, I usually do it on a Sunday because that’s also my hangover day.’
However hard it may be to believe (mostly due to their super slender bods) it does make us feel a little less guilty indulging when we know that Eva, Pixie, Kim and (as mentioned above) Cheryl are in fact real women - and women are six more times likely to cave in to temptation.
Petit-framed Eva Longoria – who owns her own chain of restaurants in the U.S. – recently revealed her love for Mexican, “I love to cook and love Mexican food. It’s my weakness. I love any red meat. I also love New York pizza and Indian cuisine – the spicier the better.’
Nutritionist Mary Strugar recently says, “Everyone, even celebrities, have food weaknesses and whilst it’s important to manage our cravings, we shouldn’t deprive ourselves of the food we really love”
