But the pair, who are parents to daughter Polly, 2, look to have rekindled their love after spending some time apart.

Actor and former pop star Jamie, 33, sparked rumours they were making a go of their marriage when he was spotted spending quality time with Kym at the beginning of the week.

These rumours were confirmed when Jamie shared a loved-up snap on Monday, with the caption: ‘At the match with my wife, come on the reds!!’

And 37-year-old Kym, who was recently spotted without her wedding ring, has apparently also had a change of heart recently.

‘Hey everyone!!! Hope you’re all good! @jamielomas1 debut tonight in @bbceastenders don’t forget to tune in!!! X’, she tweeted last week, adding:

‘Well done @jamielomas1 in tonight’s episode! Amazing debut xx.’

This comes weeks after a family friend revealed they were taking a break.

‘They are spending time apart at the moment. They want to work through some differences but it doesn’t look good. A trial separation is never a positive thing. This could be the beginning of the end,’ they revealed.

'No one has dumped the other, they just can’t make things work at the moment. It’s very sad and not what either of them ever wanted to happen.’

But now a source close to the couple has revealed happier news, telling a newspaper over the weekend:

‘Jamie is back in the family home and he’s looking forward to seeing Kym when she returns [from a holiday in Cyprus] tomorrow. They are 100 per cent back together and have decided to make a real go of things. Despite their rows they love each other dearly.’

Fingers crossed guys!
