The star looked glowing as she showed off her growing bump at the Golden Globes earlier this month.
Drew appeared in friend Ellen DeGeneres’ chat show to talk about family life and her latest pregnancy.
The star said: ‘I just eat everything I want, which isn't healthy. I'm bigger this time than my first time. My doctor the other day was like, 'Yeah, so I think maybe pull back. A little bit.’

Drew revealed that she was surprised when her doctor suggested that she ‘pull back’ as she enjoyed her relaxed pregnancy diet.
She continued: ‘I was like, really? I thought I was doing great. I still fit into those jeans - they hurt when I wear them -- but I still fit into them. I don't ever pose, 'I'm just so fabulous and I lose it like that.' I want to enjoy the pasta right now! What's 10 lbs?’
Drew’s refreshingly positive attitude towards her weight gain is a stark contrast to other celebrities’ anxieties about fitting into their skinny jeans during pregnancy.
Last year, Kim Kardashian admitted to feeling the pressure not to gain too much weight during pregnancy and Katie Price spoke said in a radio interview that she felt like a ‘tango-ed teletubby’ towards the end of her pregnancy.
Drew seems to be loving family life, as she revealed to Ellen how she is enjoying watching her daughter, Olive, grow up.
The former wild child said: ‘She can do every animal noise - we're up to 26 animals. It's amazing!’
She continued: ‘Camel is her favourite and crocodile and snake. She does it all - I'm telling you, she's bright!’
