The designer has turned to celebrity fitness guru Tracy Anderson in a bid to get her body in the best shape it’s ever been – and admitted to pals that she wants to be as sexy as possible for husband David.
Insiders tell Closer that while Posh – mum to Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 10, Cruz, seven, and Harper, 21 months – isn’t looking to lose weight, she’s asked Tracy for a “body MOT” to tone up – and the trainer has got her exercising six days a week.
'I've got so much saggy skin-I look really awful naked'
A source reveals: “Victoria says she might be slim, but she was unfit. After working out hard to lose the baby weight from having Harper, she was too tired and busy to keep it up. But now she’s determined to have ‘buns of steel’ and abs to rival David’s – she wanted to surprise him with her new body when she got back from LA, where she took the kids for the Easter holidays.
“Victoria says she wanted to feel confident in her skin again and wants to be sexy for David. She’s three weeks into the plan and has told pals she’s like a new woman already!”
Posh – who is due back in London this week – has spoken in the past about her body insecurities, once saying: “I’ve got so much saggy skin on my stomach and I’ve got no bum at all… I might fit into jeans, but I look really awful naked.”
And, last month, Closer reported how the 5ft 4 star was on a mission to boost her “flat” bum, telling pals that supermodel Gisele Bündchen had the perfect lean but curvy figure.
Now sources reveal celeb favourite Tracy, 38 – who counts Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Richie and Courteney Cox among her clients – has tailored a diet and fitness programme for Posh.
