Speaking on Lorraine, the former Pussycat Doll said that her own experiences will be able to benefit Tamera Foster, Hannah Barrett and Abi Alton.
She said: “I’m a girl, I’ve gone through a similar audition process before, I’m a pop star- so I know some of the fears that go along with it.
“And just some of the insecurities we girls and women have- so I can’t wait to sink my teeth into them. I’m here to mentor and be of service to them.”
And Nicole, 35, also revealed that her boys from last year’s show are supporting her this year.

“All of Scherzy boys are supporting my Scherzy girls, they’ve all told me.”
The girls joined their mentor for the chat with Lorraine Kelly and Hannah spoke about what she was like as a mentor.
The former bakery-worker said Nicole’s mentoring was “like a mother figure but she’s very stern with us at the same time.”
She continued: “She is very supportive, she looks at us individually and treats us equally.”
The singer claimed this week that Simon Cowell is backing her to win the show.
Speaking to a UK magazine, she said: “Simon’s told me I have the strongest catergory.”
She also gushed over fellow judge Sharon Osbourne, saying: “She’s great and so much fun. I love working with all the judges, we have a lot of fun.”
