It is not clear what has upset 34-year-old Tom, but his latest tweets come following jealous comments and twitter spat over Nicola’s birthday celebrations with all-male dance troupe The Dreamboys.

The couple split up earlier this year after nearly five years of marriage.

Nicola eventually decided to end the marriage following claims that Tom had cheated on her with an American waitress.
