Singer Natasha Hamilton has hit out at Katie Hopkins after the former Apprentice star criticised her family life.
Katie tweeted: “For Katie Price and Natasha Hamilton’s kids, making Father’s Day cards is a confusing time. label those chuffing envelopes kiddos”
Rather than ignore the reality star’s jibes, Atomic Kitten star Natasha decided enough was enough and took to her BabyCentre blog to defend her children from Hopkins’ wrath.
She wrote: “A big congratulations to Katie Hopkins, who this week has turned her attention to picking on my children on social media. That’s right, my children. Well done, a new all time low for the draconian, despicable woman who was doling out Father’s Day advice to them.
“The situation is what it is – I have four children to four dads.”
Natasha fumed: “I could start giving you (very real) excuses and defend myself, but I won’t. I do not need to. I am the best mother I can be and I am proud of that! When the people who judge and brand me with the oh-so-witty ‘4×4′ label put food on my table, clean, clothe and protect my family as I have done consistently for the last 13 years, then I will pay attention to them.”
The mum-of-four then added: “I have nothing to be embarrassed about.”
The 32-year-old is mum to son Josh, 13, from her relationship with ex Fran Cosgrave, 11-year-old Harry from ex-boyfriend Gavin Hatcher and son Alfie from ex Riad Erraji.
Natasha and current boyfriend Ritchie Neville (of Five fame) welcomed baby daughter Ella Rose in September last year.
Ritchie also acts as stepdad to Natasha’s elder children.
