Mrs Hinch's cleaning tips and tricks made her a household name and social media sensation.
And Mrs Hinch may have left the house that propelled her to fame earlier this year, but it retains a huge place in her heart, as she revealed she has given it up rent-free to a lucky family.
Sophie Hinchliffe, 32, relocated from the £600,000 Maldon, Essex-based property to a nearby £1million farmhouse with her husband Jamie, their two sons Ronnie and Lennie, and the family’s Cocker Spaniel Henry, in January.
And while the cleanfluencer could have added to her six-figure net worth by renting or selling her former home, she has kindly given another family the opportunity to “build a life they have dreamed of” at no cost.
Taking to her Instagram Story during a recent Q&A, Mrs Hinch explained, “We haven’t sold it - we're not renting out the house, we are just handing our keys over to an incredible family to start a new chapter in their lives so they too can build a life they have also dreamed of.
"To even be in a position to do this is something I’ll never truly believe and never stop being thankful for. But personally, for me to see another family have some relief and happiness in their life that they deserved because they have been through so much is one of the most incredible feelings in the world.”
As well as her advice for a sparkling home, Mrs Hinch often provides renovation updates for her 4.5 million Instagram followers and took to the site recently to show off her new master bedroom at Hinch Farm.
She wrote, “Our bedroom is complete and dressed 🥲 Ready to sleep in properly for the first time tonight (part of me can’t wait to get in it but part of me also doesn’t want to mess it up 😂) This all seems so surreal ❤️ Thank you all for following our journey”.
