Miley Cyrus is everywhere at the moment, and we mean E-V-E-R-Y-W-H-E-R-E. From twerking at the MTV VMAs to swinging naked across YouTube on a wrecking ball, there's no point denying that the controversial We Can't Stop songstress has comandeered the media and the internet.

But it doesn't have to be that way.

In fact, Google's Chrome browser has introduced a new extension which blocks Miley Cyrus from users' internet. Meaning that they no longer have to look at her latest outfit, scandalous dance routine or twerking "and her other ridiculous words" on their computer screen ever again.

Mmhmm, we're serious. The plug-in, called No Cyrus, works by scanning pages in users' browser and replacing Cyrus-related words with number signs and hashtags.

Leaving you with something that looks a little something like this:

The application is available now in the Chrome Web Store, along with an app that allows you to replace all pictures on your internet with photos of Ryan Gosling. We don't know which will be more appealing to users...
