In March L'Wren was found dead in her New York apartment, after committing suicide, aged just 49.

During an interview with the Today Show, the Rolling Stones frontman credited “lots of support” from his family and friends for helping him through the tragedy.

“It was difficult, you know, very hard year, but I got back into it by working on touring with the [Rolling] Stones in Europe, and doing other things, including this great movie.”

Following her death, Mick – who’d been dating the model turned fashion designer for 13 years – released a statement talking of his loss, saying:

“I am still struggling to understand how my lover and best friend could end her life in this tragic way.

“We spent many wonderful years together and had made a great life for ourselves... I will never forget her.”

At the time of her death, her fashion brand was allegedly in millions of dollars worth of debt.
