Mark Wright, 27, proved to be extremely skilled at ballroom dancing when he competed in last year's series of Strictly Come Dancing.
However, while all that twirling, dipping and foxtrotting may have won him even more fans than before, it came at a cost.
Mark, who came fourth in the BBC show, has revealed that he has lost over a stone in weight - and that he is extremely unhappy with his shrinking physique.
The former TOWIE star tweeted: "First time back in the gym doing weights since before Strictly started four months back.
"1.5st lighter and I am lifting half the weight. Ahh!"
He added: "This is going to be an uphill battle!"
Trying to prove his point, Mark - who is due to marry Michelle Keegan this year - posted two photos of himself in his underwear.
He wrote: "Here's before and after strictly!!
"I need to get back to myself !! #nopain #nogain"
Wowzer!
While Mark seems unhappy with his new physique, however, his fans definitely seemed to approve of BOTH photographs.
One wrote happily: "Still extremely hot though!"
Another added: "The after is better ;)"
We imagine Mark is feeling the pressure of looking good for his (sure to be) star-studded wedding - and he's not the only one trying to get the perfect bod for the big day.
Former Corrie star Michelle, 27, has also been spotted in workout mode this January.
However the brunette beauty does seem to be more laid-back about it all, revealing she was happy to indulge over Christmas (just like the rest of us!).
We've no doubt these two will look beautiful on their big day, no matter what!
