The newlyweds spent a week in the Maldives before returning to Dubai for another seven days and Mark, 28, took to Instagram yesterday to show off their enviable tans.

Sharing a snap of him and Michelle, also 28, posing in front of the seven star Burj Al Arab hotel, Mark wrote: “Last night of an incredible 2 weeks !! #honeymoon [sic].”

Former TOWIE star Mark and actress Michelle met in the United Arab Emirates city in December 2012, sparking relationship rumours after they were snapped kissing on New Year’s Eve, so it seems only fitting that they returned on their honeymoon.

While Mark gave his followers regular peeks into their romantic getaway, Michelle remained relatively silent on social media throughout the two weeks.

Gushing over his new wife on the first day, Mark posted a picture of Michelle looking incredible in a bikini as she looked out over the ocean.

He wrote: “One of the boys just asked me if I wanted to go golf. My answer… I’ll stick with my view thanks… Ladies and gents I give you #mrswright [sic].”

Mark later added: “Being a husband !! Such an amazing feeling !! Buzzing for the journey ahead !! [sic].”
