The former Big Brother contestant uploaded this snap, saying:
“Last day sunning the bump can't believe I'm 6 months already!”
Luisa is already mum to six-year-old daughter, Dixie, but this will be her first child with new husband Andrew Collins, aka Irish businessman and millionaire.
The star made the announcement via Twitter with simply a picture of a positive pregnancy test and two baby emojis, of course.
Sceptical followers were quick to point out that it was none other than April 1st, and they suspected the 28-year-old may be fooling them all.
But the mum-to-be insisted she hadn’t even clocked the date:
And Luisa even posted this funny meme to Instagram to again assure fans her baby bump was the real deal, and poking fun at the messages she'd received:
Previously talking about her experience of motherhood, the business woman explained to the Daily Star Sunday:
"I think if I didn't have my daughter I would be totally off the rails.
"I'd be out drunk for days on end. I'd just be working, then going out, then doing it all over again.
"So having a daughter keeps me steady and motivates me to work harder. Motherhood has changed me dramatically."
Luisa had Dixie in 2010 with her first husband Oliver Zissman, but they later divorced in 2014 after two years apart after he allegedly had an affair.
She has since spoken about the struggles of being a single mother. She explained to the paper that after becoming a mum she spiralled into depression, and explained she went back to work just two days after giving birth:
“I used to work at my dining room table and lie her on the changing mat. She'd be screaming for a feed but I'd be thinking 'S**t, if I don't do this for my customer...'
"It was tough to be a mum and run a pretty new business and rely on myself."
Congratulations of the news, Luisa and Andrew!
