Lauren Goodger's incredible weight loss transformation has seen her lose four stone, plummeting from a size 18 to 10.
Looking back, Lauren – who has appeared in ITV’s Dancing on Ice and Celebrity Big Brother – believes her Essex lifestyle didn’t help her battle against her weight.
Talking to The Daily Mirror, the former TOWIE star said: "I lived like a party girl. There was no routine. I’d eat all day and drink all day,"
"I used to go out every night, but that’s all changed. I never used to cook food, I always ate out.
"Sometimes I ate two McDonald’s a day. There was no control or stop button. It was just too much."
But Lauren also claims her dramatic weight loss transformation is thanks to a new fitness system from the USA called Plyo-dynamics.
"It involves a lot of jumping, is high intensity and uses your own body weight," she says. "There are no machines."
The 29-year-old reality star continued to talk about the cruel insults she recieved on a daily basis about her weight: "I was called a 'disgusting beached whale' and one girl said I looked like I weighed 40 stone,
"But it was those pictures that made me realise how fat I'd got and that I really had to do something about my weight - or I'd be fat for life. They were horrendous - I felt mortified."
She added: "I was probably having 5,000 calories a day. I will not be slipping back into that lifestyle."
Good for you, Lauren!
