The 27-year-old appeared at G-A-Y on Friday, wearing a Halloween-inspired ghostly white petticoat and ruffled hair.
After a bit of spooky hand-waving, the Born This Way star clearly decided it was getting too hot, and stunned the audience by throwing off her gown -carrying on her performance stark-naked.
And her performance appeared to go down well, with the Lady herself tweeting:
'Had an amazing night tonight at G-A-Y in London. After all these years you continue to inspire me. Can’t wait for X-Factor tomorrow night! (sic)’.
And club boss Jeremy Joseph was clearly equally chuffed, tweeting:
‘How incredible is @ladygaga. The hardest secret I’ve had to keep, sooooo happy, quadruple wow'
‘I think I’ve proved tonight, I can keep a secret. Wish I could do that every week. I’ve just woken up, had this really odd dream that I was on stage at G-A-Y with a naked Lady GaGa (sic)’.

Following her controversial appearance at the club, Gaga’s performance on the X Factor last night was comparatively tame.
Dressed in a nude-coloured bodysuit, the Pokerface singer performed her upcoming single Venus barefoot, strumming on the guitar surrounded by scantily-clad dancers.
However the real excitement was the much anticipated meeting between Gaga and X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne, following their long-standing feud.
Protective Sharon, 61, waged in on a war between daughter Kelly Osbourne, 27, and Gaga, which started in 2009 with both parties accusing each other of bullying.

But Gaga appeared to want to put the feud behind her, with a source revealing that Gaga and Sharon had made up backstage.
This report was backed up by the Bad Romance singer presenting Sharon with a birthday cake for daughter Kelly live on TV, however her attempt to make up was rebuffed by Kelly, who in response tweeted:
‘EatMySh*t’
‘Not to be ungrateful but why would you send me a cake via my MOTHER in a country half the world away? #JustSendItToMe #LoveNotWar’.
Oo-er.
